Bid Announcement for Promotional Items Printing

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit ‘’GIZ Office Addis Ababa’’ would like to invite all interested & eligible printing companies to submit their technical and financial offers to produce promotional items (1,800 Pcs of T-shirt, 1,800 Pcs of Hat, 10,000Pcs of Poster & 20,000 Pcs of Leaflet).

Any eligible printing company which might be interested in accepting the GIZ-Office proposal for printing the items is welcome to submit the offer. Those who are interested to be the one, the detail

Special conditions: -

• The supplier should have a valid TIN, VAT & renewed business license.
• Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope labeling Tender no:91136318 over
• the envelope, technical & financial offers separated.
• The validity date of the offer should be 30 to 60 days.
• Please indicate the delivery time.
• Bids must be submitted physically on or before 14.02.2020, 4:00 PM at GIZ-Office located at kasianchis at the back of the Intercontinental Hotel reception desk on working days and hours.
