The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit ‘’GIZ Office Addis Ababa’’ would like to invite all interested & eligible local suppliers to submit their technical and financial offers for 109km² of satellite image from Archive or New Acquisition.

Any eligible local IT equipment supplier which might be interested in accepting the GIZ-Office proposal for supplying the items is welcome to submit the offers.  Those who are interested to be the one, the TOR, specification, technical criteria  and boundary of  the area (kebele) that must be covered by satellite image is described more fully

• Supplier should have and attach valid TIN, VAT & renewed business license.
• Pleases submit technical, financial & warranty offers in a separate sealed envelope labelling REF No: 91147929
• Indicate that the price offer is before OR after 15% VAT 
• Technical specification is detail description of the product, legal documents /business license will not be considered as technical specification 
• Your offer might be rejected if technical specification and financial offer is not submitted separately  
• Validity date of your offer should be 30 to 60 days
• Please indicate the delivery time in your offer

• Payment shall be made 100% after delivery
