GIZ - Civil Peace Service (CPS) Programme would like to invite all interested bidders (consulting firms) who are eligible to participate in this open tender, are herewith requested to submit their proposals to provide consultancy service on “Mission Assessment for New Civil Peace Service (CPS) Programme in Ethiopia.”

The main tasks of the consultant shall be:

• General preparation and engagement to understand the approach and capacities of GIZ-CPS and the thematic areas that our organization is working in – design of the consultancy.
• Assessing possible peacebuilding objectives of the new program and selecting a focus based on conflict analysis, CPS capacities, and potential partner organisations
• Identification and mapping of peacebuilding actors (current and new) for cooperation that can fit into the new program in close coordination of CPS experts.
• Profiling of peacebuilding actors (current and new): Visiting and interviewing. CPS experts to join.
• Conducting a joint strategy workshop with CPS and a validation workshop with all stakeholders.

 How to Apply:

• All bids must be delivered/submitted physically to the address below at or before 4:00 PM on Friday, 23^rd of July 2021.
• Bidders should submit their Technical and Financial Proposals as per the issued tender document.
• The financial offer should list the daily fees charged for this contract. The technical offer should include the approach taken by the consulting firm and showcase its previous work in the areas listed above.
• GIZ reserves the right to cancel the bid fully or partially.
