Bid Announcement for IT Equipment

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit ‘’GIZ Office Addis Ababa’’ would like to invite all interested & eligible local suppliers to submit your warranty, technical specification and financial offer for different IT Equipment (laptop, Desktop computer, Printer, UPS, Paper Shredder and External Hard Drive), for detail list of the items please see the below link posted on 2merkato sites.

Deadline for submission: 10.12.2021 (5:00 PM in the Afternoon)

Any eligible local supplier which might be interested in accepting the GIZ-Office proposal for supplying the items is welcome to submit technical specification and financial offer by labeling the reference number 91157744 on the envelope to GIZ-Office located next to Jupiter Hotel at Bloom Tower 9^th Floor. For those who are interested to be the one, the price sheet and list of items with the specification are described at the 2Merkato site

Special conditions: -

• Supplier should have a legal invoice.
• Indicate that the price offer is before OR after 15% VAT clearly  
• Technical specification is detail description of the material. Legal Documents/ business licenses will not be considered as technical Specification.
• Your offer might be rejected or disqualified if technical specification and financial offer is not submitted separately, if reference number is not indicated on the envelope and if legal documents/licenses are submitted as technical specification.
• The offer shall be submitted in the language of the tender documents.
•  For financial offer use our price sheet form.
•  Financial offer currency must be in ETB (Ethiopian Birr).
• Delivery time should be within 15 working days after official order is given, If the supplier fails to deliver within 15 working days GIZ-Office has the right to cancel/terminate the order.
•  Supplier can offer for one LOT or all LOTs. Awarding is according to the LOT clustered, but more than one LOT may be awarded. In case of more than one item are under one LOT, supplier is expected to offer for all items in the LOT.
•  Validity date of your offer should be 60 to 90 days
•  Please indicate the delivery time in your offer
•  Payment should be settled after delivery and presentation of a valid invoice.
