ERP Solution Architect

omnichannel performance, providing our customers a seamless shopping experience and creating an optimal customer journey. A crucial factor in reaching this goal is an optimised ERP solution.
As our ERP Solution Architect, you will have an important role in ensuring that our ERP solution is set up to support our business strategy with a
structured set of master data and information architecture.
This is a role with great responsibility as well as the possibility of influencing the core systems of the company.
Main areas of responsibility:
- ERP configuration and customization.
- Discussing architecture and solution options, recommendations and implications with key stakeholders.
- Creating functional process/solution documents describing business processes and user needs.
- Ensure system changes support the company’s business strategy and desired business outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops with key stakeholders and organise superuser and user training.
- Keep up to date with technological changes, system updates, new functionality and ISVs, and make sure we exploit these to our advantage.
- Ensure a holistic information architecture and master data structure.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an ERP Solution Architect with a profound and broad ERP background. The role will require
up-to-date and in-depth experience with implementation and configuration of ERP solutions, preferably
Microsoft Dynamics 365. Further, you need to have a good understanding of business processes and relate these to system functionality. In this context, experience from
retail, e-commerce and
omnichannel will be highly appreciated.
