This company are amazing, that's literally the only word I can use and my account manager Steph has saved the day more times than I can count.

Any problem which is encountered is dealt with a "get it done" mentality, whilst maintaining the utmost levels of customer service.

Having an issue with a breakdown and receiving a replacement in the space of 4 hours is unheard of to most!

The way forward. We've traditionally used competitors with the standard 9-5 depots for powered access hire and it's always been a stressful rush getting the machine refuelled and back in time to avoid further charges. The 24 hour hire nature of Heightforhire has transformed what we can offer to our customers and provide greater staff welfare and capabilities with the 20m trucks as standard.

in a word, we would be lost without this company the staff are great and do a fantastic job the manager Mark Taylor recently bent over backward to accommodate us on a machine hire just before Christmas going above and beyond the call of duty also Steph a great member of staff always friendly and willing to help out as are all the guys and girls at height for hire.
we hire 50 machines on average a year and I would not go anywhere else keep up the good work

We hired for the first time from your company and I have to say we were impressed with booking the machine , no faff or nonsense.
Unfortunately the hire rep couldn’t meet us for the handover so we did a virtual walk around which wasn’t a problem.
We did have a small issue getting the boom to engage but a phone call to tech support sorted that out. It was more getting used to the machine than it being a mechanical problem.
The unit itself was in very good condition and was perfect for the task .
I wound definitely hire from you again.

Perfect machine, perfect service, brilliant induction. Very easy booking system, no issues with collecting and drop off. The confirmation email after payment doesn’t come, this could improve. When booking and collecting there’s no information on the insurance that I bought with the hire. After collecting there is some information about the insurance but it’s not very clear how much or what is covered. So if anything went wrong I think I might have been in a big trouble. But overall if all is well, fantastic arrangement and would recommend anyone who needs safe platform high up. I repaired some chimney pointing, mission accomplished. Thank you!

Start by getting back to you and booking in the van so my works can be booked in,this couod lead ti people loosing works over non responses from a hire company, this is the 2nd time no one has got back to me I don't see how you can operate like this,
And I'm very frustrated as this is something I would be hiring with you guys over and over due to the high volume of works I have outstanding,

This was our first time hiring a platform from Height for Hire. We were shown all the controls and was present when the machine was being inspected before handover, all this was done in a professional and courteous manner by the company employee. We will certainly use Height for Hire again and would highly recommend to other trades.

From start to finish the team were great very easy to hire ,pick up and drop off perfect piece of equipment for our 5 yearly inspection of our Grade 2 *Town Hall roof and gutters .
Easy to use in excellent condition all at a very competitive price .
