MPhil/PhD programmes and Visiting Research Student (non-degree) programmes

Please note, applications for interdisciplinary research are welcome, but only one application to one Department may be submitted each academic year.

If you are applying for an MPhil/PhD or VRS programme you will be required to provide details of 1 referee.

Please ensure you have read the Doctoral School Admissions Guidance Notes on the SOAS website and checked the completed application deadlines for these programmes prior to creating your application. Extensions to the deadlines are not permitted.
