To enable work to commence on the delivery of
a new, more accessible and user-friendly Travel Centre at Bradford
Interchange as well as ensuring LTP funding is in place to design
and part-fund the delivery of the Travel Centre at Huddersfield Bus
Station.
To approve that:
• The Transforming Travel Centres scheme proceeds through
decision point 4 (full business case) of the Combined
Authority’s assurance process, and work commences on activity
5 (Delivery).
• Approval to the Combined Authority’s remaining
contribution of £899,000 is given. This takes the total
approval to the full scheme value of £1,000,000.
