Deluxe Spa Days and Treatments for One or Two

We were well looked after and had a wonderful treatment. The facilities were clean and well looked after

Was given the voucher by work, and with all the options available, I think I picked the perfect one. Ockenden Manor is cozy, lots of little nooks and crannies, for relaxing. The staff are very friendly, the food was delicious!

Really good value spa day as the treatments were very good. The spa is lovely although ladies changing rooms a bit small and not really adequate if more than 3 people using them at the same time. Lunch was very good although service was a bit slow as only had one member of waiting staff although she was very nice and efficient.

Excellent overall, treatments, tea, views and location. So good, we stayed too.

Lovely gift for my sister but the site was difficult to navigate after I’d purchased when trying to work out how to book the actual experience.

The facilities and cleanliness at St. Pancras Spa are up to fie star. Sometimes even a hotel is five star, their spa facilities may disappoint me but I was happy with St. Pancras. Also the therapist was good at what she was providing, both the techniques and the customer care. I've been to many hotel spas and this one is one of the best experiences I've had. Definitely going back there!

I tried to call the number given on the voucher so many times until I finally got through BUT once the lady suggested a date she then said I will email and put the phone down straight away, no information timings etc and no email, I then tried to call again so many times and managed to get through the day before the agreed date! Then I could book my train ticket which wasn't cheap! I also changed my package as the bushcraft was no longer available. Eventually I got there and the spa experience massage and tea was great! The spa was OK, pool quite small to be honest. Nice day eventually!
