THE COMMITTEE ON BANKING, HOUSING, AND URBAN AFFAIRS will meet in OPEN SESSION, HYBRID FORMAT to conduct a hearing on “Examining the Failures of Silicon Valley Bank and Signature Bank.” The witnesses will be: Mr. Gregory W. Becker, former CEO of Silicon Valley Bank; Mr. Scott A. Shay, former Chairman and co-founder, Signature Bank; and Mr. Eric R. Howell, former President, Signature Bank.
