Description
This bitesize training session is designed to help delegates understand the importance of managing staff attendance and when to apply the procedure in order to promote and maintain excellent staff attendance, health and wellbeing.
Outcomes
At the end of the session delegates will have gained the underpinning knowledge and understanding on how to:
- Manage staff absence effectively, fairly and consistently
- Understand when absence indicators have been met for both short term and long term sickness absence
- Manage the different stages of the procedure
