Classic Fish Soup.
This is our most popular dish because we make it the traditional Bergen way. Many of our frequent guests come just for the soup. What more needs to be said?
Steamed Halibut.
Once described as “God’s Fish,” halibut is known as the most exclusive fish in the ocean. We showcase the natural quality and taste by simply steaming the halibut, pouring some crème de champagne sauce overtop, and serving with fresh seasonal vegetables.
Grilled Fillet of Reindeer.
Norwegian Reindeer is a local delicacy born of the animal’s extremely cold and snowy habitat. We choose only the highest quality reindeer fillet and serve it with game sauce flavoured with juniper and lingonberries.
Homemade Pavlova with Cloudberries.
Sweet and sour is a delicious combination. Our marinade is made from Lakka - a cloudberry liqueur.
