Returns Policy

Returning an online order
 
 Item(s) can be returned for a refund as long as they remain unused and are packaged to ensure they reach us in their original condition.
 
 The following steps must be taken to return an order:
 
  • You must inform our Customer Service Department, via email customerservices@calendarclub.co.uk  or by phone on 0808 178 1344 (Monday to Friday 08.30-16.30) within your 14 day cooling off period, this is 14 days from the date you purchased your item(s), click here for further information.
  • Please return your item(s) in an unused state and are packaged to ensure it reaches us in its original sellable condition and cannot get damaged in transit.
  • Please include a note which details your order number and the reason for your return.

  • Your item(s) must reach us no later than 14 days after you have given us notification of your return else, we will not be able to action any refund.
  •  Please make sure which ever courier company you choose to use provides you with a tracking reference for the parcel so that you can track its return to us.
  • Once your order has been received by the Returns Department, we will issue the appropriate refund. We aim to do this within 3-5 working days of receipt, however sometimes this can take longer due to the seasonality of our business. Please note we do not cover the cost of the return.
 Returning an online order in store

  •  Your item(s) must be returned to one of our seasonal stores within 14 days of your notification to Customer Service ,click here to locate your nearest store.
  •  You will need to provide the sales assistant with your order confirmation or dispatch email.
  •  Item(s) must be returned in an unused state.
 Returning a store purchase
 
If you are returning item(s) purchased in a store you can make your return to any one of our temporary stores across the UK and Ireland, click here  to locate your nearest store.
 
Simply take the unused item(s) back along with you receipt within 28 working days of your purchase.
 
 Returning a store purchase to online
 
Item(s) purchased in store can be returned to our Head Office, please follow the below steps.
 
  • Contact our Customer Service Department, via email customerservices@calendarclub.co.uk or by phone on 0808 178 1344 (Monday to Friday 08.30-16.30) to notify us that you wish to return your item(s).
  •  Please return your item(s) in an unused state and are packaged to ensure it reaches us in its original sellable condition and cannot get damaged in transit.
  •  Please include a note about your return and the receipt or a copy of the receipt.
