FACE YOUR FEAR AND FIRE WALK FOR US!
Sign up to face your fears and walk a short distance (15ft to be exact) barefoot across burning hot coals (upto 650 ºC!)
If you’ve got fire in your soul for fundraising, join us as we walk barefoot over a bed of red-hot embers. No tricks, it’s just you and the fire!
Don’t worry – it may sound tough but it’s perfectly safe, and the event is open for all ages (minimum age 12) and abilities.
Some say it feels like heat though your soles, others say it’s freezing cold – whichever one it is, it certainly won’t be a feeling you’ll forget. Watch a demo here.
We have all accidently stood on little plastic blocks and know that it hurts.. why not walk across THOUSANDS of LEGO blocks on our charity LEGOWalk! This activity is for adults and children of all ages. Lego Walking with UK Firewalk. Watch a demo here.
ON THE NIGHT
Join us for registration from 1pm, bring your friends and family along with you for our Family Fun day! Watch our Men’s 1XV and Women’s 1XV play their last pre-season friendlies, have a bounce on our inflatables, grab a burger&beer or play your luck on our Chicken Sh!t Bingo and more!
At around 5pm LEGOwalk’ers will embark on their crossing!
At around 6pm FIREwalk’ers will start your fun and interactive training session learning new disciplines to help get you in the mind-set to ‘feel the fear and do it anyway’ to complete your FIREwalk. Scott Bell (Guinness World Record holder) will explain the history of firewalking and the technique behind it to build your confidence to complete the challenge. The firewalk is run by Firewalk UK, the UK’s leading firewalking experts.
You will then begin your FIREwalk at 7pm, where your family and friends are welcome to stay and cheer you on!

FEE & FUNDRAISING
For the FIREwalk, the sign-up fee is £30 per person non-refundable deposit and minimum sponsorship of £100 per person (for the event to be successful for Charity). Spaces are limited and filling-up fast, so don’t be disappointed and sign-up today!
The person who is able to raise the most sponsorship will win a bonus mystery prize!
For the LEGOWalk, the sign-up fee is just £25 per person.
With this, you’ll get a wristband entitling you to free entry to the Family Fun day, a burger and drink of your choice and a certificate of completion at the end!

Every penny raised will be split 50:50 between C&N RUFC’s facilities improvement project and Smile Group’s carefully-developed services to meet the needs of families in our local community. C&N RUFC is a not-for-profit, and Smile Group is a registered Charity (1168751).
