Rock band Muse are doing a secret gig at Exeter Cavern tonight. They are filming a 45-minute performance for a promotional video.

SeeTickets ran a ballot to win tickets. It stated that the filming would take place on Thursday, April 7, at a location in South West England that would be disclosed to people who were chosen.

To enter the ballot, fans had to pay a £5 compulsory donation to War Child UK, the only specialist charity for children affected by conflict. SeeTickets said the donation would go towards helping children affected by the war in areas such as Ukraine and Yemen. The donation was charged to entrants’ cards if they were successful in the ballot.

The event marks Muse’s return to The Cavern, the club where the band from Teignmouth started it all, after 23 years. Muse last performed at the venue in 1999.
