Miguel Stilwell d’Andrade is CEO of EDP, a global leader in renewables, networks and client solutions, with operations across Europe, North America, Latin America and Asia-Pacific. More than 85% of the energy produced by EDP comes from renewable sources, and the goal is to be all-green by 2030.

Miguel has accumulated more than 20 years of experience in the energy sector. He spent the early part of his career in Investment Banking and has been a leader at EDP since 2000, from several transactions and investments that laid the foundation for EDP Renewables, to CEO of EDP Spain, CEO of EDP’s supply business in Portugal and Board Member of EDP Distribution. After being the CFO of EDP, Miguel became CEO of EDP and EDP Renewables in January 2021.

Miguel holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and graduated from the University of Strathclyde (Scotland, UK) with an M.Eng in Mechanical Engineering.

A career diplomat and eighth Secretary-General of the United Nations, Ban Ki-moon has spent his career in public service inspiring international cooperation and advocating for human rights and sustainable development. Ban Ki-moon also served as the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of South Korea. He is the Founder of the Ban Ki-moon Centre for Global Citizens, a non-profit whose mission is to empower women and youth to live in a peaceful and prosperous world.

Ki-moon has been named a “Top 100 Global Thinker” by Foreign Policy for his achievement of making the Paris Agreement a legally binding treaty less than a year after it was adopted. He has also been named to Forbes list of “The World’s Most Powerful People,” and is a recipient of France’s Legion of Honour. Ban Ki-moon serves as President and Chair of the Global Green Growth Institute and chairs the Global Commission on Adaptation as well as the International Olympic Ethics Commission.

She is Co-president of the Club of Rome and divides her time between leading the Club of Rome, advising on non-Executive corporate and academic Boards, lecturing, and facilitating difficult conversations. She is a TED global speaker and was recognised most recently by Reuters as one of 25 global female trailblazers and by GreenBiz as one of the 30 most influential women across the globe driving change in the low carbon economy and promoting green business.

Alex Honnold is a professional adventure rock climber whose audacious free-solo ascents of America’s biggest cliffs have made him one of the most recognized and followed climbers in the world. A gifted but hard-working athlete, Alex Honnold is known as much for his humble, self-effacing attitude as he is for the dizzyingly tall cliffs, he has climbed without a rope to protect him if he falls. Honnold has been profiled by 60 Minutes and the New York Times, featured on the cover of National Geographic, appeared in international television commercials and starred in numerous adventure films including the Emmy-nominated “Alone on the Wall."

Honnold is sponsored by The North Face, Black Diamond, La Sportiva, Ando and Stride Health and is a board member of El Cap Climbing Gyms. He is the founder of the Honnold Foundation, an environmental non-profit that awards grants to bold and ethical community scale projects driving innovation in the solar industry, increasing climate resilience, reducing environmental impact, bolstering social and economic equity, and improving peoples’ lives. To this day, Alex maintains his simple “dirtbag-climber” existence, living out of his van and traveling the world in search of the next great vertical adventure.

Ambassador Patricia Espinosa is a founding partner and CEO of onepoint5, a consulting company in the areas of environment, social responsibility, and corporate governance, specializing in climate change.

As a Career Diplomat, Ambassador Espinosa is a respected leader on the international stage, with over 40 years of experience at the highest diplomatic level, in multilateral negotiations, and international relations. Prior to the establishment of onepoint5, she served as the Executive Secretary of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (2016-2022), Secretary of Foreign Affairs of Mexico (2006-2012), and Ambassador of Mexico to the Federal Republic of Germany (2013-2016) and to Austria, Slovakia, and Slovenia (2002-2006). In 2012, she was appointed Ambassador Emeritus, the highest recognition that the Mexican State grants to its diplomats.

Vincent Stanley has been with Patagonia since its inception in 1973 in crucial executive roles. He co-wrote “The Responsible Company” with Yvon Chouinard, founder and owner of Patagonia, drawing on their 40 years' experience at the company to articulate the elements of responsible business for our time.

More informally, Vincent is Patagonia’s chief storyteller. He helped develop the Footprint Chronicles, the company’s interactive website that outlines the social and environmental impact of its products; the Common Threads Partnership which promotes sustainability through the "reduce, repair, reuse, and recycle" approach; and Patagonia Books showcasing the brand's commitment to intellectual exploration and environmental activism. He serves as the company’s Director of Philosophy and is a visiting fellow at the Yale School of Management. He is also a poet whose work has appeared in Best American Poetry.

She is also a member of the Board of EDP Spain, EDP Brazil and EDP Renewables and President of the Board of EDP Foundation.

Previously, she was the Executive Vice President and Managing Director for Spain and Portugal at Fox Networks Group and member of the Executive Leadership Team Europe and Africa, after working for several years in consulting and the telecommunications industry.

Joschka Fischer has been a member of the Green Party since 1982, for which he was first elected to the German Bundestag in 1983. From 1985-1987 he held the office of Minister for Environment and Energy in Hesse, and at the same time, was a deputy member of the Bundesrat. In 1991-1994, he was Deputy Minister President of the State of Hesse and Hessian Minister for the Environment, Energy and Federal Affairs. From 1998 to 2005, Joschka was Federal Minister of Foreign Affairs and Vice Chancellor in the Red-Green government under Chancellor Schröder.

During his stellar career as Federal Foreign Minister, he was awarded an honorary doctorate from the University of Haifa in 2002, among other honors. In addition, he has also been the recipient of the Leo Baeck Prize since 2005, for his services in the Middle East conflict. From 2006 to 2007 he was a visiting professor at the Woodrow Wilson School, Princeton University.

Michael is also known as the founder and a Senior Contributor to Bloomberg New Energy Finance. In 2020, Michael started “Cleaning Up – Leadership in an Age of Climate Change” a podcast where he has inspiring and open conversations with different leaders on energy, mobility, climate finance or sustainable development.

In 2019, Michael joined the IEA’s Global Commission for Urgent Action on Energy Efficiency, an independent panel focusing on key policy actions that can be undertaken by countries around the globe.

This was followed by well-known stations such as Sky (GoldstarTV), ProSieben and FCB-TV News, the station of the German record champion FC Bayern Munich. Since 2015, she has also been a permanent event presenter for Audi.

Maxi Sarwas moderates various TV, as well as WEB-TV formats and premium events in the areas of sports, automotive, fashion, lifestyle, business, technology and entertainment.
