The Digital Social Care Team are delighted to announce our first Test of Change Showcase.

Digital Social Care Test of Change: Autumn - Winter 2022/23.

During 2022, the Digital Social Care Programme supported various new initiatives through a Stage 1 Test of Change process.

Throughout Autumn and Winter 2022/23, we will hold a series of sessions to share the learning from each Test of Change, delivered by speakers representing each organisation who participated.

Topics for discussion include:

• What was the aim of the Test of Change?
• What was achieved during the Test of Change process?
• Lessons Learned - What went well, what were the challenges and what processes were followed.
• What are the next steps?
• Who else might benefit from the approach taken?

Each organisation will speak about their Test of Change for 15 minutes, with an additional 10 minutes set aside for questions and answers.
