If you’re a final-year student, wondering how to secure that graduate job after university then Get Hired! is the programme for you. GradForce: Get Hired! is an exclusive programme, for final-year students who may feel there are some barriers to securing a graduate role. We’re keen to support students from these groups and backgrounds:
- Students from low-socioeconomic backgrounds.
- Students from low-participation areas.
- Students from black heritage.
- Care leavers.
- Students with disabilities (visible or non-visible, including those who are neuro-diverse)
Get Hired! covers 5 core topics designed to give you the knowledge, skills, and confidence to empower you to succeed in graduate job hunting, that fit flexibly around your studies. Not only that, we can link you with local employers seeking graduates to join their team with exclusive GradForce graduate job vacancies.
We are proud to have supported some amazing students over the last couple of years, and we hope to do the same again this year. We have a lot of fun in our GradForce community, and we can’t wait to start afresh at our Launch this year.
At the Launch event, we’ll tell you ALL about Get Hired! and what you can expect from taking part. There’ll be motivational speakers, past programme alumni and… FREE PIZZA!
