Welcome to the registration page of the EAHIL Conference 2022.

The conference will take place from Wednesday 1 June until Friday 3 June 2022 in De Doelen International Conference Center Rotterdam. It is possible to register for the whole conference or just for one day. If you are a student or a resident from a Lower or Middle-Income Country (LMIC) you are eligible to register for a reduced fee. In case you are a student, please upload a proof of student during registration.


EAHIL conference and CEC (physical attendance)

Continuing Education Courses
One day prior to the conference (Tuesday 31 May) you can follow the Continuing Education Courses (CEC). One course is a full day, the other three courses are half a day. A limited number of places are available for these courses.

Parallel sessions during the conference
During the EAHIL 2022 conference you can register for several parallel / workshop sessions.

Social events
Please note that the social events First timers reception, Welcomes reception and Conference dinner can only be joined live in person.

Participants who have registered for the programme above, are also invited to follow the post-conference sessions (online) mentioned below. There is no extra charge.


Post-conference sessions (online)

Online sessions the week after the conference
One week after the conference online sessions will be organized on Thursday 9 and Friday 10 June 2022. Daily from 10.00 until 12.00 hrs and from 14.00 until 16.00 hrs.
