A valuable book for anyone looking to understand the business case for employing more disabled people. The book explores 12 benefits of employing disabled people. Statistics are used to highlight how disabled people are more loyal, take fewer sick days and help your business attract disabled and non disabled customers. Quotes and stories are used to highlight points. I would suggest that this book is great for people working in hr, disability network leads and anyone looking to recruit the best candidates for a job.
