Updated the 'Contain Outbreak Management Fund: payments to local authorities June 2020 to 2 December 2020' to reflect that Aylesbury Vale, Chiltern, South Bucks and Wycombe are merged to be Buckinghamshire Council. Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole combined to form Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole (BCP) Council. East Dorset, North Dorset, West Dorset, Weymouth and Portland, and Purbeck are now Dorset Council. Taunton Deane and West Somerset are now covered by Somerset County Council. Forest Heath and St Edmundsbury are now West Suffolk Council. Suffolk Coastal and Waveney are now East Suffolk Council.
