Do you want to connect with others, increase your confidence and motivation and learn some helpful habits to manage better?

Free ONLINE Hope Programme for young people living with Long COVID

Course duration: 4 weeks. It takes about 2 hours to complete each weekly session, which you can complete at any time which is convenient to you.

  • learn more about Long COVID and how to manage it

  • connect with others in the same situation

  • increase your confidence and motivation

  • gain stability and strength and

  • build helpful habits.

The online course is:

  • available 24/7 on any device

  • sessions released weekly

  • learn at a time and pace that suits you

  • on a safe online platform

  • anonymous.

What you need: You can do the course on your PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone via an App. The course is not delivered in a way for people to be on “at the same time”. Like a website, you go through the materials each week, but you can do this at your own pace and time that suits you. Some people do chunks of 10mins some people do more or less whenever they can find the time.

You will be supported by trained facilitators.
