Katherine Broadhurst of Azets has won the top award at Insider's Wales Dealmakers Awards 2022 which celebrated the prominent transactions from across the previous year and the corporate finance advisers, company dealmakers, lawyers and funders that made them happen. Held last night at the Mercure Cardiff Holland House Hotel and Spa, the event was compered by comedian Fred MacAulay and sponsored by Azets, Development Bank of Wales, Lexington Corporate Finance, Shawbrook Bank and Thincats.
