Story
No matter if you are leaving Priestley College after completing your studies, starting your journey with us or are simply an interested member of the local community, we hope you will see the benefit of donating to the Priestley Education and Training Trust (PETT).
Every penny goes towards young people who need additional support to either complete their studies, further their educational aspirations or want to make a positive impact on the world.
Over the years it has made a difference to the lives of dozens of young people like this, all of whom are fine examples of the calibre of Priestley students.
When PETT was set up few who were involved could have imagined how far-reaching and varied its impact would be.
Among those who have benefitted are a young man whose dream it was to represent the UK in the Paralympics, a soprano who needed support when studying abroad and another former student who went to South America to teach in an impoverished area.
Every person the charity supports is either a former or current student with high ambitions, but in need of a little help along the way. Your donation, no matter how large or small, can make a difference to them.
It might help pay for revision packs, a bus journey or allow someone to buy a piece of equipment that is essential if they are to reach their full potential.
Not only are we very proud of PETT and all that it has achieved so far, but also the people it has helped. All of them are a credit to Priestley College, their families and local communities.
Priestley College's mission is to inspire, challenge and support our students to ensure they excel in learning and in life. Your contribution to PETT will help them make the most of the opportunities we are able to offer.
