I hope this message finds you well and safe. 

Over the last few years I have been supporting Mind and trying to create awareness about mental health. This last year has been a difficult year as my family member has been struggling significantly with mental health problems and continues to deal with this today. 

The challenge is to cycle from Llangefni to Sleaford. The route is a 215  miles and the challenge is to complete this in 24 hours. 

The money raised from this challenge will support people like my family member who need the support desperately to be able to get the right help needed. I appriciate we are living in strange times, but this is all the more reason to support by donating.
