COZY COTTAGE KITCHEN
This is a small kitchen designed for a cottage renovation in Central Portugal. The new roof has been beamed and the windows and patio doors are in aluminium timber effect. The floor is in an engineered oak.
The client wanted the kitchen to be a simple design in keeping with the rustic atmosphere of the building and with the low ceiling beams a nice chunky oak shelf for bits and bobs worked perfectly in place of wall units.
The cabinets are made in an oak timber effect and the doors are solid timber in a plain shaker style, painted in sage green. The grain of the timber shows through the paint finish to give a marvellously traditional feel.
All doors are on Hettich soft close hinges and drawer runners glide effortlessly on soft close runners - no more banging and scraping!
Kitchens in Portugal can supply all your appliances and other kitchen items. Here, the hob is a 'gas on glass' version which helps when you come to clean! Many of our clients opt for an induction hob, which is dead-easy to clean as no heat is generated on the glass - nothing burns on - and temperature control is just so responsive it is almost magical.

LUXURY VILLA KITCHEN
This is a spacious kitchen in a high quality lacquered finish for a fantastic coastal property with stunning views and a fabulous pool.
This sleek handle-less kitchen is in a gorgeously lacquered dove grey with a pale Silestone quartz worktop.
The cabinets are made in a dust grey colour to complement the doors. The soft close door hinges and drawer runners are from Hettich.
The use of wide pan drawers for the sink and for the island enhance the modern sense of the kitchen which has been designed to give a light, fresh and cool elegance to the room.
The sea views and the wide doors opening on to the pool area create an outdoor feel for the kitchen.
The client chose a wide induction hob with a downdraught extractor together with a single oven. All appliances are by Siemens. Kitchens in Portugal can supply all your appliances including Boschand Siemens. Both brands are hugely popular with our clients.
The use of clever mood lighting will give the room a comfortable and welcoming ambiance in the evenings.
