In the UK and Ireland there are over 33,000 out-of-hospital cardiac arrests each year. With a survival rate of less than 1 in 10 people "at the Heart of the Game" has the power to drive change and save more lives. "at the Heart of the Game" will empower individuals with hands on CPR and AED training to boost their confidence in life saving skills. Mission statement "To protect athletes, coaches and the sporting community by fostering a culture of safety through comprehensive CPR and AED awareness training, enabling rapid and effective response to cardiac emergencies."

🥳On Friday night there was lots to celebrate… Not only did Ulster Rugby secure the win but it marked the one year anniversary of Oliver McGreevy surviving his cardiac arrest ❤️ It was lovely to meet up with Oliver and his family at Ravenhill🏉 Prior to meeting up on Friday night, I spent some time with the McGreevy family as Oliver was keen to receive “at the Heart of the Game” training himself as he recognises it could be someone else next time. Really proud of Oliver’s progress and attitude. What a fantastic young man❤️
