Mental Health UK are encouraging people to move for their mental health,. For those of us supporting people to stay in or return to work, we always tell them how moving regularly is so important for their mental and physical health so it’s great to see this campaign https://lnkd.in/gpG_qux

The student membership is aimed at individuals who are have not yet worked in VR at a professional level, with limited or no experience in the field and limited income as a result of VR related studies OR have up to 1 years post qualifying experience.

Mind have a campaign this week - They note that over 2 million people are waiting for NHS mental health services, and since 2017 the number of young people struggling with their mental health has nearly doubled.
