How do you use design thinking to innovate quickly?
Innovation can simply be put to three items. Find new ideas. Understand Complex problems. Apply the new ideas to the complex problems. Seems simple right? Where a lot of innovation falls through is the linking between new ideas and problems! How do we solve this? Thats the hard part!

How can question answering systems collaborate and learn from each other and from human feedback?
There is a huge danger of data corruption and bias being brought into the equation here. An issue with a self learning system that is interacting with users is thst the wrong type os behaviours can influence the QAS in the future. A huge jump forward in this area would be explain how the QAS. Is learning from users, and why is it making decisions/ reacting to behaviors.

What are the benefits and challenges of using interactive graphics in network analysis?
A danger to using interactive graphics in network analysis is in emphasising outlier data points. Interactive charts typically focus these dtaa points to users who are not trained in dealing with networks. One other danger to be aware of is in using the right kind of data for interactive charts. Trying to display tabluar, non graph like data in a network can typically detract from the data itself. Ensure you are using the right methodology to display data, in the right formats.

What are the benefits and challenges of using interactive graphics in network analysis?
Complex network analysis is fantastic at bringing out clusters inside of data. It is also brilliant in identifying true outliers, specifically items of data that have no, or weak connections. A danger to be aware of in network analysis is the middle ground, data points that don't quite fit into these categories.
