We recently made some improvements to our large loan solutions for loans above £1m. Our Large Loan Specialist has the expertise to discuss complex cases and find the right solutions for your customers.

So, what’s new?

• Introduction of 85% LTV product range with rates from 5.29% for loans up to £2m
• Maximum loans up to 90% LTV increased from £675k to £1.125m*

*Please note - New Builds are still restricted to maximum loans of £1m at 85% LTV and £675k at 90% LTV.

• Up to 5.5 times their income for all four applicants on the mortgage application now up to 85% LTV allowing customers to borrow more – subject to affordability assessment.

Metro Bank increases LTV limits

We have made some enhancements to our residential maximum loan sizes, providing your customers with greater flexibility and choice.

So, what’s new?

• Maximum loans up to 90% LTV increased from £675k to £1.125m
• Maximum loans up to 85% LTV increased from £1m to £2m
