The number of companies short listed for Invitation to Tender (ITT) will be scored based on the criteria set out in attached documents and the successful bidders details will then be passed to Police Scotland for further vetting. Bidders must obtain a score 60% against the scored questions to be eligible for short listing.

It is a requirement of this contract that bidders hold, or can commit to obtain prior to the commence of any subsequently awarded contract, the types and levels of insurance indicated below:

-The Authority will use Experian to check the financial stability / risk associated with a Tenderer, and require that they have at least a score of 51 out of 100, or ‘Below Average Risk’. Failing that, the Authority will use reasonable measures to ensure that appointing the Tenderer does not provide an elevated risk in terms of their financial stability and will request such information as may be reasonable necessary to ascertain that.

ESPD 4C1 Bidders will be required to provide three examples from within the past fiveyears that demonstrate that they have the relevant experience to deliver the works as described in part II.2.4 of the Contract Notice or the relevant section of the Site Notice. Bidders should complete the template at appendix 1
ESPD 4C2.1 Bidders to provide a statement of the relevant professional and technical skills available within your organisation and/or named sub-contractors in relation to this procurement exercise. Please do not provide CVs. Chartered status or memberships (individual or corporate) or external bodies should be included.
ESPD 4C.4 Bidders will be required to confirm that they have (or have access to) the relevant supply chain management and tracking systems used by them to deliver the types of requirements detailed in II.2.4 in the Contract Notice or the relevant section of the Site Notice.
ESPD 4C.6 Using the template provided at appendix 2(expand as required), please provide evidence of minimum training and qualifications standards for all trades staff who will be assigned to the contract
ESPD 4C.9 Bidders will be required to demonstrate that they have (or have access to) the relevant tools, plant or technical equipment to deliver the types of requirements detailed in the Overview of Requirements document.
