Fife Council is seeking to establish DPS for the supply of training, as Learning & Development is critical to ensure our Workforce has the opportunity to train and develop their current knowledge along with the ability to work towards/continue with any work-related qualifications. Fife Council will procure any training via this DPS. Each purchase will be determined by a mini-competition under the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS).
This DPS will replace the current route to market via the Open Learning & Development framework. (owned by Edinburgh City Council)
This DPS falls under the scope of the new Light Touch Regime referenced within the Public Contract (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
The DPS will consist of 18 Lots,and lot 16 will cover all Parks & Greenspace, Roads & Transport training and courses such as Plant, Machinery and Gardening.
There will be an opportunity at a later date to include additional courses should the Council require more diversity.
