Energy price volatility has increased significantly during the last couple of years. For industry clients, electricity prices can be up to 30 % of the cost base.

Together with UPM Energy, we built a platform that optimizes energy consumption and cost at the same time with real-time data processing. The customer's team had a lot of experience on the business side but was lacking an architecture and technical PO to look after the platform and its development.
