Welcome! We are so glad you are participating in IE Day´s Largest Scavenger Hunt! In this hunt, you will test your knowledge on the IE Universe! The more people participate, the closer we will get to @FindCammIE! But FIRST! Rules and Instructions of the hunt: 1. In order to be considered for the Qatar Airways prize, you MUST register for their Student Club or Privilege Club. When you get to that question, enter your membership number as your answer. 2. Participants have to have completed at least 75% of all the tasks (there are 286) to be considered for prizes. 3. The IE Day hunt will be live each day from 10:00 to 23:59. The app sends notifications, so keep an eye out for announcements! 4. Every day, the app will announce the top 14 players for that day. If your username appears, contact us for your daily prize! We will also give you a shout out on @iecampuslife Instagram story. You will automatically be in the running for the March 17th top prizes announced in MM31 Garden. The prizes will be live-streamed on the Campus Life YouTube and LinkedIn pages for those who cannot attend from 11:00 to 14:00. 5. If you win a prize but are not in the country to receive it, contact Campus Life at campus.life@ie.edu. 6. You must be a member of the IE community to participate (students, faculty, staff, alumni and partners). 7. You must use the Scavify app in order to play and for the chance to win the prizes. That is the game play screen. There, you can complete tasks to get points to potentially win prizes. 8. Keep track of your score through the Leaderboard and interact with the competition. You can like and comment other participants’ uploads! 9. Any profanity or explicit content will be automatically removed and the participant disqualified to further participate. Additionally,the participant will be brought before the IE Ethics Committee. 10. Cheating will result in automatic disqualification (we see everything from the backend!). 11. The list of tasks may be completed in any order. Some tasks give you clues with links, make sure you navigate them! 12. If a picture uploaded doesn’t correspond to what has been asked or the answer is wrong, those points won’t be taken into account and will be removed. Be mindful of COVID restrictions - photos and videos with more than the allowed number of people and no masks, will not count. 13. If any task involves posting on your social media, upload the screenshot to the hunt to get the points with all the hashtags and filters required. 14. By participating in the IE Day scavenger hunt, you explicitly authorize IE University to use the pictures and videos uploaded during the game, for all types of promotional purposes. At any time, you may withdraw your consent and exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, opposition, restriction of processing and portability of the data through campus.life@ie.edu 15. Prizes are individually awarded, even if some tasks may involve playing in teams or groups (for example, SLT´s Trivia). In other words, the individual members of the team are entered into the raffle as individuals. 16. The contest is open from Friday, March 12th at 10:00 until Tuesday, March 16th at 23:59. 17. Remember to wear your mask, to practice social distancing and to follow all health rules during on campus activities. 18. If you have any questions or concerns during the hunt, you may direct them to the IE DAY Slack channel found in the Campus Group event page. 19.
