Covanta Energy Limited is proposing the development of an IBA Processing Plant and Aggregate Production facility, parking provision and ancillary development.
The proposed development is located within the Bromborough Dock (South) Landfill Site, Dock Road South, Bromborough, Wirral, CH62 4SU.
