Kent County Council and NHS Kent and Medway Integrated Care System have committed to improve outcomes for children and young people with speech, language and communication needs in the Kent County Council area.  The project is underpinned by use of The Balanced System®, an outcomes based framework and delivery model for integrated services.   More information about The Balanced System® can be found here.

This web page will provide an overview of the project as it progresses, links to key consultation surveys or events, and a place to publish updates as the work progresses.
