ABOUT US
In an increasingly globalised world, innovation is best achieved through partnership and engaging a diverse group of creators. Surgical training is a long, and sometimes difficult journey. With the rollout of the online, interactive ISCP into Iceland, we created this group to allow the sharing of ideas between our two surgical training systems.

By learning from each other, and through the annual innovation conference to celebrate trainee activities, we hope to create a strong, mutually beneficial relationship between our two surgical training systems. This collective is run by trainees in both countries, and run for the betterment of trainees in both countries.
