NHS England and NHS Improvement London have published a series of videos, featuring NHS doctors, nurses and other frontline staff, in community languages explaining how the vaccine is given, and providing clear evidence that the vaccines work and are safe.

COVID-19: vaccine information for people without an NHS number

This is a guidance letter to help those without an NHS number to get a coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccine and register with a GP. This is available in a variety of languages.

Other resources

Doctors of the World UK are really pleased to be able to share updated Coronavirus (COVID-19) advice for patients in over 60 languages, produced in partnership with the British Red Cross, Migrant Help and Clear Voice. The guidance is based on the government’s updated advice and health information. There is also video and audio guidance available in different languages.



SignHealth is committed to making sure coronavirus information is available in British Sign Language. They post updates on a daily basis, including government announcements. They also have a variety of BSL translated resources on COVID-19.

Deaf Support and Care Services Limited (DSCS) is a unique company that provides services to individuals who are Deaf or have a sensory loss. These can be accessed by any individual who is Deaf, hard of hearing/partially hearing, or Deafblind.
