Analysis to identify the root cause of an incident, establish what went wrong and what steps must be taken to prevent future incidents.

What is an incident?  Well, this varies greatly for each person or organisation, depending on their own experience and knowledge, or the size of your organisation.  At one end of the scale, you may simply require assistance to interpret recent water sample results, of which you are unsure. You may require a review of your Written Scheme, to help determine its degree of accuracy and appropriateness.  At the other end of the spectrum, our Legionella consultants can assist with outbreak situations and or HSE investigations of your organisation.
