• Halle Berry, 54, shared a new Instagram photo wearing a bright red swimsuit and more proof her bod is getting stronger with each year.
  • She just turned 54 on Aug. 14, and her legs are looking more toned than ever.
  • Halle relies on a motivating playlist for her summer workouts, which involve tons of full-body movements like squats with overhead presses and lunges with biceps curls.

Halle Berry, 54, hasn't played Wonder Woman, but she basically embodies the character IRL. It's hard to find anything she can't totally nail and look absolutely amazing in the process. (Pantsless skateboarding, anyone?)

Thankfully, she shared a few clues about what gets her up and going in her latest installment of Fitness Friday on Instagram. By the looks of her oh-so-toned legs, it is working really well.

Halle shared her summer playlist that she's been sweating to lately. She added in the caption: "Happy #FitnessFriday everyone!! Motivation is KEY these days, and while @peterleethomas and I will often work out without music, a good playlist can be a game changer! So today, we’re sharing our #SummerPlaylist, the songs we’ve been sweating to all summer (especially in this #HeatWave! ☀️😫). Check stories now and get to steppin’!"

Of course, her playlist includes all the hottest tunes and a few surprising picks, as well. Ciara's "Rooted," Disclosure's "Douha," Curtis Mayfield's "Move On Up," Pharrell's "Entrepreneur," Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion's "WAP," KC & The Sunshine Band's "I Get Lifted," James Brown's "Super Bad," Sevana's "Mango," Vic Mensa and BJ The Chicago Kid's "Rebirth," Kehlani's "Change Your Life," Robert More and All The People's "Cramp Your Style," and Alicia Keys' "So Done."

You’re probably still wondering what her actual workout looks like while she's listening to this fire playlist. Well, Halle previously shared the low-down on that in an essay for Women’s Health in May. Halle likes to focus on all-over fitness and 20-minute workouts, which she does four times a week.

Her efficient workouts with trainer Peter Lee Thomas include lots of "full-body movements—like squats—so I'm hitting all of my muscles at once, abs included." As a result, Halle said, "my core is just as toned and strong as ever." And, she says that it "doesn't involve a single situp or crunch."

Instead, Halle's sample routine includes:

Brb, I’m queueing up Halle’s playlist to see how far I get in that in-tense routine.
