Location

Description

When it comes to inclusive employment, we've found that the most successful interventions are those that are delivered in partnership.

This networking session is for HR and CSR practitioners. The event will bring employers and support organisations together to share their knowledge, hear about Business in the Community’s recent work on inclusive recruitment and understand the power of partnerships.

You’ll hear about successful partnerships to employ people with barriers to work; age young and older individuals or people with criminal convictions. Businesses and support organisations will have the chance to meet potential new partners; better understand how partnerships happen and how stakeholders define a successful partnership.

If as a business you are already working with a public or third sector partner to improve employment outcomes for excluded groups please pass on this invite to them and encourage them to attend with you.

If you are not already working with a partner on inclusive recruitment don't worry - you'll find out how to build a powerful one when you join us on 3rd December.
