Join us this summer on a thrilling food journey, as we travel around Europe and Asia sampling authentic cuisines from different regions. Each week throughout the summer we will visit a new country, spending a full week in each one as food tourists, learning about the food culture, being taught to cook authentic dishes from Cookpad cooks based around the globe, and trying out the very best global recipes that Cookpad has to offer. Week 1 - Italy ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡น
6th - 12th July

Our holiday will begin on the 6th July in Italy for 7 days of classic Italian cuisine. Join our Cookpad Ambassador Angie, aka Miss Fluffy, as she connects to our Zoom Kitchen from her home kitchen near Lombardy, to teach us how to make homemade carbonara (veggie alternative option available). Then enjoy a week filled with risotto, gnocchi, pasta, arancini and focaccia ๐Ÿ

Week 2 - Spain ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡ธ
13th - 19th July

In week 2 we will land in Spain where we will learn to make a traditional Paella Valenciana in our Cookpad Zoom Kitchen with Pedro aka Cooking With Peggs. We canโ€™t guarantee the UK sun will shine, but we can promise you a week filled with sangria, tapas and gazpacho ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ’ƒ

Week 3 - Greece ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ท
20th - 26th July

On our last stop in Europe, we are heading to beautiful Greece. Week 4 - Japan ๐Ÿ‡ฏ๐Ÿ‡ต
27th July - 2nd August

In our fourth week we land in Japan for the start of our tour of Asia. This week we will be treated to a session making authentic Japanese home cooking Sanshoku Bento with Aunty Eiko and Liarra, who will join us from their home kitchen in Yokohama Japan. Expect a flavour-filled week learning how to make sushi, gyoza, ramen, onigiri and tempura ๐Ÿฃ ๐ŸฅŸ

Week 5 - Malaysia ๐Ÿ‡ฒ๐Ÿ‡พ
3rd - 9th August

Next stop in our food tour is Malaysia. This week, in our Zoom Kitchen session we will be making Curry Laksa, led by Zaleha Olpin from Malaysian Kitchen UK and author of the cookbook My Rendang Isn't Crispy. Week 6 - Thailand ๐Ÿ‡น๐Ÿ‡ญ
10th - 16th August

In week 6 we are heading to Thailand. It wouldnโ€™t be a trip to Thailand without a Masterclass from Cookpadโ€™s own Yui Miles. Join Yui in our Zoom Kitchen this week and learn to master a traditional Pad Thai, then experience a delicious week filled with tasty Thai curries, tom yum goong, Som Tam and popular desserts like Thai sweet sticky rice with mango ๐ŸŒถ ย

In our penultimate week, we will be touring India and Bangladesh. In this exciting week, cook with Nasrin, aka Bhorta Bari in our Cookpad Zoom kitchen making traditional Bangladeshi fare of Egg Korma & Pilau Rice. Then enjoy a week filled with curry, samosas, naan breads, chutneys, rice and so much more! ๐Ÿ›
