Spillovers leveraging entrepreneurial development in Outermost Regions (SPLENDOUR)
Objet :
The service contract resulting from the call for tenders "Spillovers leveraging entrepreneurial development in outermost regions (SPLENDOUR)" concerns an action which shall contribute to policy development at national, regional and cross-border levels in the framework of the ESPON 2020 Programme, under its Specific Objective 2.
The service contract shall conduct an empirical research estimating (a) the extent to which and conditions under which knowledge spillovers from Continental Europe explain entrepreneurship in the outermost regions and (b) the effect of regional smart specialisation on entrepreneurship in the outermost regions.
